1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to The Wedding Box. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.theweddingbox.com (“Site”), including the online customizer tool, order dashboard, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by The Wedding Box (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services or place an order. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Products and Customization
The Wedding Box offers customizable wedding floral bouquets and arrangements through our online customizer tool. While we make every effort to display our products accurately, please be aware of the following:
- Flowers are a natural product. Variations in color, size, bloom stage, and appearance may occur and are not considered defects.
- Product images on our Site are for illustrative purposes. Your final arrangement may differ slightly from what is shown online due to seasonal availability and natural variations.
- Substitutions of similar flowers or greenery may be made at our discretion to ensure the overall aesthetic and quality of your order is maintained.
4. Orders and Payment
Placing an Order
When you place an order through our online customizer, you are making an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by The Wedding Box. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraud.
Pricing
All prices displayed on the Site are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. The Wedding Box does not store your full payment card information.
5. Order Dashboard and Tracking
After your order is placed, we will create a personalized order dashboard for you to track the progress of your order from build through delivery. While we strive to keep your dashboard updated in real time, occasional delays in status updates may occur and do not affect the fulfillment of your order.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship to addresses within the United States. Delivery availability and timelines may vary based on your location and wedding date.
- Shipping dates are carefully coordinated to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and ready for your event. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
- The Wedding Box is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Once your package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, risk of loss or damage transfers to you.
7. Flower Care
Upon receiving your flowers, it is your responsibility to follow the Flower Care instructions provided with your order and available on our Site. Proper care is essential to ensure your blooms stay fresh and beautiful for your wedding day. The Wedding Box is not responsible for flower deterioration resulting from failure to follow care instructions, improper storage conditions, or excessive heat or cold exposure after delivery.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations
Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, cancellation policies are as follows:
- Orders canceled more than 30 days before the scheduled delivery date may be eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee.
- Orders canceled between 14 and 30 days before the scheduled delivery date may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
- Orders canceled fewer than 14 days before the scheduled delivery date are generally non-refundable, as materials may have already been sourced and preparation may have begun.
Refunds
If you believe your order was received in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at Info@theweddingbox.com with photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, may offer a partial or full refund, replacement, or credit toward a future order.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, designs, and software, is the property of The Wedding Box or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
10. User Accounts
If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. The Wedding Box is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
11. Prohibited Conduct
When using our Site and Services, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the Site
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site without our written permission
- Use the Site to send unsolicited communications or spam
12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to The Wedding Box for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Wedding Box and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which The Wedding Box operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree to resolve the matter in small claims court.
